Memories of Harry Potter

"Just downloaded all 7 Harry Potter books for the trip to Europe...its like car rides together in the car! Mom, you would hate it! :)".....
This was the text message I got last night from Ally. When we would go on 14 hour road trips to Rochester, we would listen to these books on tape. I remember the reader's "Haaary"... and I would also tune out the story as I am not a fan. I am a reader but I just could not get into those books. My family on the other hand, loved everything about those Potter books. While I did not particularly enjoy listening to the stories, I miss those car rides together.
