Pandesal French Toast

Walk to Mengs and get pandesal.
Mix KLIM with water.
Add one egg.
Slice pandesal and dip in egg and milk mixture.
Fry till golden brown.
Eat with Karo Syrup.

When I think of French Toast, I think of my youngest brother, Peter.
He was always a great cook and a great eater.
I remember him frying up pieces of chicken for a snack late at night.
I also remember his love for toasted bread.

I remember him food tripping on some mixed nuts that you brought from here and finished them all. Yes he likes to eat.
