Steak and Lobster

1 lb. NY strip steak
1 lb lobster tail

Broil the steak until medium rare. Drop the lobster tail in boiling water for 5 minutes. Finish off under the broiler. Serve lobster with melted brown butter.

He has grown up to be a well-rounded, hard-working young man who has a knack of talking very easily to the young and old.
