Cafe Latte

2 shots espresso
1 cup warmed milk
sugar to taste
coffee steamer

Mix three ingredients together and steam to desired frothiness.
Serve immediately.

Steve loves to cook. Today, he has prepared from scratch fried chicken, rice and sweet corn. A winter picnic probably inspired by the 74 degree day we had. After my day at school and my hour long professional development math meeting, I get home and he is getting it ready. He has had an equally long day. In the thirteen years he's been at this job, it has developed into two full time jobs. He is on 7 days a week sometimes. His hard work has pulled the newspaper he works for into the 21st century. Many people (including myself) think that the website he develops every day is done by the click of a button. Not so. He writes code, takes photos and video, and thinks of ideas to improve content. He is the go to guy when stuff happens related to the site. These days he is a part of a team that is working on the installation of two new computer systems. Needless to say, he is just a tad busy. Yet, he has time to cook us dinner because he wants to.
I don't say it enough times. Thanks for all that you do for us. You're the best. I love you.
